Maple Walnut Coffee Smoothie

Whip up this delicious and sweet smoothie packed with healthy superfoods like dates, walnuts, and Ganoderma lucidum. With a touch of maple and vanilla, this breakfast hits all the right spots for your comfort food fix.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 sachet GanoCafĂ© Classic
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 6-8 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Put the walnuts and oats in a blender and pulse until ground to a fine powder.
  • Add all of the remaining ingredients (except for the ice) and process until smooth.
  • Add the ice and pulse until pulverized. Serve immediately.
