Grilled Peach Sundaes

- ¼ cup salted butter, softened
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 large peaches, halved and pitted
- canola or vegetable oil for grilling
- 1 quart vanilla bean ice cream
- 1 sachet GanoCafé C’Real
First, prepare the Cinnamon Butter. Place the butter, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and use a spatula or spoon to mix them together. Set aside.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush the cut side of the peaches with oil to prevent sticking. Place cut-side down on the grill and cook undisturbed for 7-8 minutes or until the tops of the peaches are tender to the touch.
Divide grilled peaches into 8 bowls, cut-side up. Top with ½ tablespoon of cinnamon butter, a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle GanoCafé C’Real on top.
