1. How You Opt In (Consent)
You may opt in to receive text messages from Gano Excel US by:
- Sending a text message to one of our customer service numbers, including (626) 338-8081 or (626) 869-2241;
- Providing your consent during a phone call with our customer service team; or
- Checking the SMS opt-in box in your online account.
Text conversations are initiated by you or based on your express consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Messages are conversational customer-care messages related to your inquiries, account, and orders. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier's plan. Gano Excel does not charge you for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
4. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will no longer send you text messages unless you opt back in. You may also opt out by emailing support@ganoexcel.us.

6. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in and consent data is never shared with any third parties.

8. Eligibility
