This exciting promotion rewards you for achieving milestones called “Stars.” Think of them as stepping stones leading you closer to Dubai!
A Clear Path to Success:
Stars are set between your current rank and the next rank (e.g., Silver and Gold).
Each Star can only be earned once.
Even if you advance in rank, you can still go back and complete previous Stars.
Example: If your base rank for the promotion is Silver –
If you earn 3500 CV one week, you would earn Silver – 3 Star.
If in a subsequent week you earn 4,000 GCV you would earn the rank of Gold.
If the next week you earned 3500 GCV, you would earn the Silver – 2 Star.
If you earned 5000 in another week, you would earn Gold – 1 Star.
So the total points earned in the example above would be:
Silver 3 Star 150 Points
Gold 400 Points
Silver 2 Star 150 Points
Gold 1 Star 400 Points
1100 Total Points earned – You would also accumulate 6 Stars!
Your base rank is your highest Paid Rank in 2023. If your title rank is Platinum but your Paid Rank in 2023 was Gold, you can earn Gold 1-3 stars as well as the bonus for hitting Platinum again. The GCV requirement is based on the US volume generated in your Pay Leg. If a Star requires an ESP3 purchase, the ESP3 purchase can be made by the Affiliate(You) or any of their Personal Enrollees.
The ESP3 purchase requirement is cumulative, which means it includes the total number of ESP3s earned up to that cycle. You are not required to make that number of purchases within the qualifying cycle itself.

Note: “* If you hit 3,000 a second time” indicates that the requirement for “Silver – 2 Star” must be met again to achieve this status.

At least 80% of the volume must consist of new volume from the US.
Trip Redemption Options
You have two ways to redeem your trip:
If you are unable to travel to Dubai, don’t lose hope! There is another opportunity for you. You can redeem your points for a trip to Hawaii with Gano Excel early next year!
Redeeming with Points: The cost of redemption varies based on the trip location.
Redeeming with Stars: Accumulate 7 stars to redeem your trip. (Stars can only be redeemed for Dubai)
Cash Redemption
If you earn more than 400 points but do not qualify for the trip to Dubai, you can redeem your points, you can redeem it for .80 cents per point.
Disclaimer: Any Affiliate who attempts to enter or in any way participate or attempt to participate in the contest conducted by Gano Excel USA, Inc. agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in these Contest Rules, as well as Gano Excel’s interpretation of these general rules which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Affiliate also agrees to be bound by Gano Excel’s Policies and Procedures. Any violation of the Policies and Procedure will disqualify the Affiliate from the Contest.
APPLICABLE LAW.
Contests are subject to and governed by applicable federal and state laws. Participation in this Contest is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
ELIGIBILITY.
The Contest is only open to active U.S. Gano Excel Affiliates who are 18 years of age or older.
RULES OF PLAY.
Chasing Stars is a promotion that rewards affiliates on the growth of their team and advancement in rank. Affiliates earn points which can be redeemed for a trip or cash. Points are earned based on the chart above.
PROMOTION EARNINGS.
Completing the Abundance promotion does not guarantee future income or success. All Affiliates must remain active to be eligible for compensation in accordance with our Gano Excel Wealth Plan.
Prizes, Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”) in USD: The opportunity for winner and, potentially travel companions, will receive a 5 day/4-night trip; including round trip economy air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home to each location, hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy, 2 day tours, and lunch and dinners for 4 of the 5 days
TRIP TERMS: Travel must take place on the dates specified by the Sponsor. All fees and expenses (Such as passport, visas, security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, meals and ground transportation, and incidental charges) related to acceptance and use of the travel Prizes not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Certain restrictions apply.
Seat selection and timing of trip(s) subject to confirmation of reservations. Major credit card required at check-in to cover any incidental charges. Prize winners and travel companions must possess valid travel documents (i.e., a valid government-issued passport with more than six (6) months before it expires, entry visa, if required, etc.). Prize winners and travel companions are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Winners and travel companions must follow any applicable COVID protocols at time of travel. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the Prize winner’s and his/her travel companion’s transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the Prize winner, his/her travel companion and such transportation companies.
Overall Prize Terms: Any and all applicable federal, state, local, provincial, and municipal taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Prize winners. U.S. Prize winners will each be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual retail value of Prize.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
PUBLICITY.
Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, winner(s) grant the Sponsor permission to use their names, characters, images, voices, and likenesses worldwide, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented in any and all marketing and promotional materials and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. Each winner’s name may be included in a publicly available winners list.
RELEASES, CONDITIONS, AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.
By participating in the Contest, each Affiliate agrees to release and waive any and all claims of liability against Gano Excel and any applicable third party fulfillment service and each of their respective employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against from any and all liability, loss or damage (including personal injury) incurred with respect to the conduct of or participation in the Contest, or the awarding, shipping/handling, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related thereto. By accepting the prize, winner(s) hereby agrees that: (i) to release each of the Released Parties from any and all claims in connection with the Contest and the award or use of the prizes.
TAXES.
Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Sponsor, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported to the IRS as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein.
CONDUCT AND DECISIONS.
All decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. The Sponsor will interpret these Rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Sponsor’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. Gano Excel reserves the right to amend these promotion requirements or rules at its discretion.
